Prepare the Package
Securely pack the gear in its original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed RMA form inside the box.
Ship the Gear
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
